OPEN ABOUT CORPORATE STRUCTURE AND OWNERSHIP

Hexagon Safe Deposits Limited was formed in 1983. Our holding company, Hexagon Safe Custody Limited, owns 100% of Hexagon Safe Deposits Limited and 100% of Hexagon Vaults Limited. Hexagon Safe Company Limited owns and operates in Berlin, Germany, and CSKA Moscow, Russia. In March 2007, the business was sold to a group of private investors led by Pascal Boillat, who joined SEG on 1 July 2024 as Chief Operating Officer.

Pascal Boillat is an electronics engineer, most recently he was Group Executive, Enterprise Services & Chief Information Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where he managed technology, operations, and data management across the bank. He has a degree in electronic engineering from the Technische Berufsschule Zürich.

Chief operating officer Colin Mitchell has been involved in safe deposit management for more than 25 years. He was appointed to the main board in 2012, and, as managing director of the group’s subsidiaries, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of Hexagon's business.

Finance director Steve Watts has been closely associated with us since 2007, initially as the partner at SRLV Accountants who carried out the financial due diligence on behalf of the new owners in 2006/07. As his title suggests, he looks after Hexagon’s financial affairs.

ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS

All the shareholders are individuals who have successful business backgrounds mainly in investment banking, investment management, and property development. The £3 million funding of the new Hexagon Central London vault that was formed in 2018 under the traditional values of trust, honesty, reliability and service name of Hexagon Safe Company along with our two vaults in Berlin, Germany and CSKA Moscow, Russia has been entirely through shareholder equity and existing cash resources. The Hexagon Group has no bank debt.

Every safe deposit box is also individually alarming storage units.

My job is to keep everyone on a strict deadline. I also work with the OMNI team to onboard eCommerce clients within fulfillment out of Hexagon.
